Budget: Determine how much you're willing to invest in a spa. Spas come in a wide range of prices, so having a budget in mind can help narrow down your options.
Size and Space: Consider the available space in your yard, deck, or indoor area. The size of the spa should complement your available space while providing comfortable seating for the desired number of users.
Purpose and Features: Identify the primary purpose of the spa—whether it's relaxation, hydrotherapy, socializing, or a combination. Different spas offer various features such as jets, lighting, audio systems, and more. Choose features that align with your preferences and needs.
Seating Capacity: Determine how many people will typically use the spa at once. Spas come in various seating configurations, from intimate couple's spas to larger models suitable for groups.
Energy Efficiency: Look for energy-efficient models that are well-insulated and use efficient heating and filtration systems. This can help reduce operating costs over time. All of our spa's are built for those chilly Canadian winters.
Installation: Ensure there's a solid and level foundation, adequate access for delivery, and don't forget adequate space for steps and also for the cover lifter when the spa is in use. We recommend the spa be located close to a back door, you will want your spa nearby especially in the wintertime!
Water Treatment: Current treatment options that we recommend are traditional chemical treatments (chlorine or bromine), ozone, and UV (ultraviolet light) systems.
Warranty: We only carry brands that offer a best-in-class warranty.
Service: Should you need assistance, we are here for you. We have a full service department at the ready.
